Tickets ordered within ten days of a performance will not be sent. Buyers who choose that method of shipping will be charged the shipping fee. Tickets will otherwise be reserved at Will Call at the time and location of the performance. All shipments will be made via the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise noted.
Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email or if you have not received your order in a reasonable period of time.
With returns and all other transactions, every reasonable effort will be made to insure customer satisfaction. However, shipping fees are not refundable.
